Our Automatic Down Filling Machine is the only one of its kind in Nepal.
It is a fully automated machine which uses special computer and software and is used to fill down feathers in the jackets after stitching. The down is compressed and grinded down into a fine dust and is then filled by the computer controlled machine into the stitchings.

We use the Hollow Fiber Stitching Machine to produces hollow fiber sheets used in the Automatic Quilting Machine. Automatic Quilting Machine is an international standard quilting machine only imported by Sherpa Outdoor in Nepal. It is used for hollow fiber stitching and is capable of quick and mass scale production. This magnificent machine uses threads woven in special way called the Bobbin Thread. We have a special machines called the Quilting Bobbin Thread Machine for this.

During the cutting process, the designs and fabrics received from the roll house are layered on top of each other and the machine cuts it accurately. We use the international standard Automatic Cutting Machine, which is fully digital and machine operated. We also use manual cutting equipments operated by our workers.

We check the composition and thickness of the fabric to see if they can be cut together. We use the Laser Cutting Machine for fabric and logo cutting. Fabrics are categorized under different sizes. After all the bundles are ready, they get delivered for stitching.

Our Template Department has modern equipments like the Automatic Templating Machine used in special high quality stitching for hollow fiber jackets. The fabrics coming in from the cutting department, are received by the production house with the required measurements and colors. The production house is categorized further into different departments according to the work being done.
