Our Process Crafted with Love in Nepal
Since the beginning of Sherpa Outdoor, we have a dedicated family of employees who proudly craft each and every fabric with expertise and enthusiasm. It’s always been important in the way we manufacture our products to be environment-friendly and that employees are treated with fair respect and are not expected to work in uncomfortable conditions. The factories that we use to manufacture our products have advanced and sophisticated machinery which help to maintain our outstanding quality in the products that we manufacture. We follow an intricate procedure to make sure that nothing is compromised. Our production house has more than 350 employees who are the driving force behind our success. Without our hard-working staff we wouldn’t have been where we are right now.

As a show of gratitude KTM CTY distributed 21 PPE suits to the nurses working in the ICU ward at Shahid Gangalal Hospital. Coming from a mountainous region, I grew up hearing stories about different heroes who scaled some of the highest mountains in the world. I always wanted to do something to promote the tourism of Nepal. When I first started working at a trekking shop in Kathmandu, I realized the prospect of a well-equipped outdoor apparel and mountaineering equipment store. Sherpa Outdoor prides itself for having some esteemed domestic as well as international climbers as its customers. Customer satisfaction and the quality of the apparel is our number one priority. Now, Sherpa Outdoor is probably one of the largest manufacturers of trekking and mountaineering products in Nepal. The raw materials that we use for manufacturing comes from South Korea, Japan, India and China. Highly qualified manpower,dedicated to maintaining the excellent reputation in the market, are the key to producing our finest products
